There are numerous methods for engaging in journaling. I have noticed that when there is a structure it is more helpful in life. This only applies to me. I’m curious, how is it for you? Does a structure help you or do you let everything flow freely?

Having a structure in writing a journal is not a reduction of freedom. Of course, you can write what you want, I won’t be behind you to do it: tz, tz, tz! — you didn’t do well now! We are all very good at this!

A structure helps you overcome the so-called white page block. When you have a sheet of paper, blank, unwritten and you haven’t written anything on it yet… well it can be a scary moment!

A spot, a spot of color, of ink, for example, can make it more cute!

At this moment there are different strategies. Maybe a list of prompts, or simply structures of the texts to be written.

The structure is simply a schematic configuration, around which you have the freedom to build everything you want and especially everything that helps you.
