5 ideas that make me think.

  1. How do you see if those unconsciously adopted models are useful to you or not? You look at your life. Looks good? Are you satisfied? Then you have useful role models. Doesn’t it look good at all? Then you have patterns of behavior that do not support you.
  2. Messages sent and received by a couple are filtered by their own expectations towards the relationship or towards the other. They also have a higher symbolic load!

3. The reality is that no one likes to be changed.

4. If a person really wants to change something about him, he will do it without being pushed from behind.

5. People need intimacy, to love and to be loved. Sometimes it is very difficult to give and receive love, because few know what a healthy relationship means.
