Embrace the Power of Self-Understanding
Someone knows which of your dreams have died and which ones you still cling to.
Regardless of who you are and what your situation is, there is at least one person in your life who knows what you’ve been through.
That person understands every thought and every feeling you’ve ever had.
There is someone who knows all your deepest and darkest secrets, some of which you may even be ashamed to remember.
You will see that person when you look in the mirror! It’s okay to smile and raise a hand as if to greet an old friend! Your mind will be grateful.

The challenge comes from what we do with the feelings and emotions they evoke. The question arises: what does an emotion want if it were a character?
