There is a difference in how we do something with joy or as a result of punishment. The energy from which our actions come is easily perceived by more sensitive individuals.

I don’t know which came first: the chicken or the egg. Nor whether emotion is first or the quality of energy.

I know that the quality of energy and thoughts is important. They will influence each other. Only then can we talk about creativity, optimization, or productivity.

Gratitude and a positive perspective

Positive thinking is not something I feel comfortable with. It’s like putting on a colored filter or trying to breathe through a blanket.

I’ve found that I’m comfortable with the idea of ​​noting reasons for gratitude. Eventually, with a list of blessings from the current day. The phrases don’t have to be very long. A simple list of 3 experiences that I enjoyed is enough.
