Be the one to solve the problem!
It’s easy for you to show how it’s done!
Show repeatedly that you know.

How easy it is to slip down the slope of pride.

In reality, however, it does more harm than good.
At least if you do it repeatedly.

Because people don’t grow in the shadow of such behavior.
On the contrary.
They become smaller and smaller.

And you can’t improve your team by constantly proving that you know.
In fact, you won’t even be able to build a team.
It’s okay that you have the solution, but turn it into a lesson, a training.
Not a perpetual demonstration.

Because this kind of behavior kills evolution and culture.
It’s micromanagement.

It practically destroys everything you’re trying to build.
And people flee from such places.
