We all know that the energy we send into the world comes back to us, whether positive or negative. But how often do we truly realize this?

Each of us is constantly emitting and receiving energy, even if we aren’t always conscious of it. We also have thoughts nearly all the time, except during deep sleep. Our mind, body, and spirit are made up of energy — with the matter of the body being condensed energy.

This energy creates vibrations that resonate with those around us, influencing both the atmosphere we create and the emotions we experience. Our thoughts reflect the various roles we play in life — sometimes we act like children, at other times like responsible adults, and in certain moments, we may behave like “T-rexes,” ready to tear through anything in our path.

Vibrations and the Quality of Thoughts

No one can emit quality energy when their thoughts are dominated by fear, hate, or envy. These negative emotions generate low vibrations, which not only affect our inner state but also create a tense atmosphere for those around us.
