How to Thrive as a Solopreneur; From Uncertainty to Success; Self Improvement; Life lessons; Entrepreneurship ; Startup; Work

I won’t hesitate to say it: the journey of a solopreneur is not easy. The level of success in this field is equal to your level of personal development. The good part is that you get quick feedback on whether you’re on the right track or not.

One of the many recommendations in this field is the meme that says: “It’s not a sprint, it’s a marathon.”

Okay, it sounds wise, you say: ahaaa! And you nod. That’s what I did. But then I was just as confused and uncertain.

What could that concretely mean for me?

Okay, I said, and I focused on finding solutions to the challenges of the moment. I thought it was about gritting my teeth.

After some sleepless nights, I realized it was about something more. It wasn’t about what I was doing but about how I was thinking about things.

Like many people, when I was working on a project, I wanted it to be perfect. Impeccable.

A deeply wrong choice.

Perfectionism is a form of self-sabotage.

When does it arise? When you’re asked: why did you achieve only this much and not more?

Nonsense, which unfortunately is contagious.
