This Is A Simple Method To Made Stop Repetitive Thoughts
A significant portion of the thoughts we have in a day are repetitive. Sometimes we realize this and stop, other times we don’t. Sometimes we want to dwell on the emotion that triggered a particular thought, with a specific wording. Throughout the day, we keep coming back to that thought. It’s like when you hear a catchy song and keep remembering it. Sometimes you like it and take it in, other times it isn’t charming.
According to research, the average person has about 60,000 thoughts per day. What’s more concerning is that 75% of these thoughts are negative, and 95% are repetitive.
Do you realize how much time and personal energy is wasted on these negative or repetitive thoughts? Do you realize we are so familiar with these negative thoughts that we hardly even notice them anymore? How many personal decisions do we base on these unchecked negative thoughts?
Instead of making room for new and creative thoughts, we simply torment ourselves trying to carry a heavy burden throughout the day.
