What is your life story? How can you convey what you have experienced through the stories you tell yourself and others about your life? Words are never arbitrary. The choices will speak about other past experiences and emotions, further in time than you might think.

The stories you tell about yourself shape your life, and we’ll call these experiences narrative identity, which we’ll explore in this article. It doesn’t matter if you tell those stories to others or tell them to yourself! Indeed, what matters more is what you tell yourself.

What is narrative identity? How does it affect you? How can you transform your life?

Have you met talented professionals who complain all the time? People who complain about various ailments?
