“Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakens.” — Carl Jung

This is about building a healthy and authentic relationship with ourselves, and by extension, with others.

The relationship we have with ourselves is the most important connection we can develop in life.

Self-care is the method through which we can strengthen this relationship. Healthy self-esteem is just a bonus.

Self-care recommendations often focus on practical activities and habits. The “how-to” can be learned and adapted as we go.

Our mindset is crucial in this process.

Mindset is the filter through which we view reality.

This filter isn’t just a colored lens; it’s more than that. Essential parts of this reality can be missing.

Here are some filters I watch for when coaching.

It’s about identifying the pair of filters “towards” and “away from.”

This is about moving towards something or avoiding it, coming “from” something.
