Shit can happen in a project! Both in life and in the projects we want to bring to a successful conclusion.

Completing a project is the dragon that needs to be defeated every time. It’s a standoff! It’s somewhat like what a jaguar does when it sees another animal! Will I eat it, or will it eat me?

The good news is that there is a set of actions, behaviors, and solutions that can save you from this experience, preventing someone from savoring the tender meat of a project manager!

The other good news is that you know there are three major obstacles. Knowing of their existence can provide you with a map to follow!
