I’m an introvert. Sometimes people think that if I don’t comment, they are free to say or do anything to grab my attention. Wrong.

It’s not bad to be introverted. It’s not bad to be extroverted.

Being introverted or extroverted is about managing personal energy.

An extrovert charges up with energy among people. They talk a lot, laugh loudly.

As quickly as they make friends, they forget just as fast. About you or promises made to you.

Fascinating and sparkly.

They shine brightly in the dark. For a second.

An introvert prefers meaningful discussions.

However, if they hold a public conference, they are exhausted.

They usually have few friends for a lifetime.

They make friends slowly.

Both introverts and extroverts do business.

Both freelancers and solopreneurs exist.

What’s important is just recognizing them.

Then speaking their language.

I haven’t seen pure introverts or pure extroverts.

In reality, we are like that at different times of the day.
