Self-Improvement, Self-Sabotage, Personal Growth, Mindset, from self-sabotage, self-sabotage and, overcoming self-sabotage.

Like you, as a child, I was fascinated by stories. When I was in school, after learning how to read, I was captivated by stories and the books where I could find them. It didn’t take long to discover, during a summer vacation, the nearest neighborhood library and learn the way to it. Mandatory readings seemed like nonsense to me, and they didn’t excite me that much. Instead, I read many other books on my own and even went there twice a week to get more books. The idea was not to be forced to do something.

Later in life, I encountered situations where I had to do something I didn’t like. Because when you do what you don’t like, you enter into self-sabotage.

It remains a challenge for me to transform something I don’t like into something that not only avoids self-sabotage but also makes my life easier.

I would come to learn that the part about self-sabotage is true for everyone. Everyone enters self-sabotage sooner or later. Everyone has their challenges on the journey through life.

What is self-sabotage?

It’s a strange state in which a person exhibits behavior or actions that hinder their success or progress in achieving personal goals and desires.

What causes self-sabotage?
