Success Beyond Measure: Lessons from the Mexican Fisherman and Visionaries
When you think of the word ‘success,’ who is the first person or people that come to your mind? Yes, it’s a peculiar answer because most people consider someone successful when they win the game, regardless of its nature. If you’re an athlete, you think of a successful top athlete who wins their respective game, or if you’re in business, you think of Elon Musk or someone of that kind.
I probably would have said Steve Jobs (although I don’t like the narcissistic character) because he created something or was a driving force and the spearhead in creating something that changed the lives of all humanity, namely the iPhone. I believe Mark Andreessen is very successful, not only because of his recent activity as a venture capitalist but also because of the incredible work he did with Netscape, being the one who commercialized the web browser.
Satoshi Nakamoto is considered successful in the sense that he created Bitcoin, an incredible technical creation with repercussions for decades to come.
So, in the classic sense, I can consider these creators and traders as successful, and of course, Elon Musk, because he changed everyone’s view of what is possible in modern technology and entrepreneurship.
