A “no” to something is a “yes” to something else.

When you choose a plain coffee, you’re saying “no” to a cappuccino.

There’s no need to justify the “no.”

If the other person needs clarification, they can ask.

There’s no reason to get upset when you receive a “no.” People are different and can have different opinions.

When you say yes to a salad, you’re saying no to a pizza.

When you say yes to one project, you’re saying no to other projects.

Saying “no” is hard?

Sometimes, saying “no” is hard.

We have difficulties saying “no.”

We have a lot of beliefs about refusing someone.

I believe such beliefs are dysfunctional.

Because they don’t help us.
