Growth looks different for everyone.

Have you ever wondered why your colleagues, friends, or family do things the way they do? Have you wondered where they learned what they did? Have you wondered if you can learn the same way?

What if I told you these questions stem from a growth mindset? The truth is, that having a growth mindset can mean many things.

I’ve always believed it’s the desire to gain knowledge from any possible source. A growth mindset refers to how a person perceives and approaches the process of learning and personal development.

People with a growth mindset believe their abilities and talents can be improved through effort, practice, and perseverance. They don’t rely on talent, and talent doesn’t hold much weight in their inner dialogue.

Failures and difficulties are seen as learning opportunities. Because there is no failure, there is only feedback. The belief is that a person can grow and develop in any field through consistent commitment and effort.
