If you want to waste your life, be a slave to distractions. The result is guaranteed!

Using your time with video games or series is a habit. This shows that you can build a habit.

The habits you embrace shape your life.

In the realm of social media, distractions abound, and even positive content can divert your attention. To stay focused and prioritize what truly matters, aligning with your goals, and establishing a robust schedule can aid in navigating your day productively and setting yourself apart from the crowd.

The question is, do you find satisfaction in your life with the habits you’ve cultivated thus far?

The modern devil is cheap dopamine. And It’s available for free in an abundant amount.

It’s no longer about being talented or having opportunities. It’s about sustaining focus.

Aristotle argues that excellence is not the result of extraordinary actions from time to time, but rather the result of repeated actions. In other words, if you want to be a virtuous person or achieve excellence in a certain field, you must form habits that reflect that virtue or excellence. For example, to become a virtuous person, you must practice virtue every day through constant acts of kindness, honesty, and generosity.
