What would I do differently on the solopreneur journey? It’s the question I ask myself when I finish a coaching session.

First of all, I would give myself more time for rest and recovery. It’s essential to have a balance between work and rest, and that rest should include activities that don’t involve screens. After all, our eyes need rest too.

What to do when not staring at screens? I write in my journal, play with watercolors, or cook.

I don’t do yoga; I prefer practicing qigong and taijiquan. The effects are similar, but the paths are different. My mistake was believing that if I practiced my methods, I could work more. No! No, no! It’s not like that! Rest is rest, and nothing can replace it!

I silenced the voices in my head. Meditation and reading Psalms have helped me a lot. At the same time, I pay close attention to mental hygiene. No one washes their hands once and then only on holidays! The same goes for our minds.
