The power of the mind can create both positive and negative realities.

The Mind congratulates you on achieving the first significant step.
Identify your habits and replace them with the ones you want.

You can see yourself — you have realized that issue about yourself. You can see it, you can identify that it’s present. Why? Because if you don’t know where the problem is, you cannot fix it. So now we know where it is, and how you’ve expressed it. Exactly, something is going on with habits.

A habit means a continuous action, something that repeats over and over again.

When something repeats over and over again, it indicates some sort of continuity or conditioning that has taken place. So who or what has conditioned us to have these habits? People have different answers: work, and society. Why do you follow this trend or whatever it is? Something is conditioning you. You’ve been conditioned by something — but by what? Is it your friends, the ones you spend time with, because they do it all the time, and so you’ve adopted their habits?
