Anger is precious. Anger is a precious emotion with a lot of potential.

It signals something important.

Anger always signals something important: that our personal space has been invaded, a painful point has been touched, a need is in jeopardy, or an important belief or understanding for us is not beneficial or appropriate in the given context or in personal life.

This belief can be rigid, irrational, or harmful and can affect how we think, feel, and act in life.

Typically, they are related to past experiences or distorted perceptions of reality. These can contribute to stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.

If we know how to decipher its language, anger not only reveals our inner need but also provides us with the energy needed to fulfill it.

We fear its strength Because we haven’t learned how to understand and deal with it, we fear its strength. From experience, we know that we have reacted excessively and unintelligently. That’s why we consider it dangerous and useless. Typically, we try to get rid of it in two instinctive ways:
