We end up saying “YES” to be accepted. But here’s the trap: every “YES” said out of fear or obligation becomes a prison.
Every wrong “YES” is a “NO” to your own true calling.

Saying “NO” doesn’t make you selfish. It makes you brave. It’s an act of personal leadership.
It’s how you set boundaries, protect your values, and create space for what truly matters.
